The second pricing axis
Every agent / MCP call and AI generation spends credits against your monthly allowance. Skip the agent surface and credits never come into play — the workspace fee is the only thing you pay.

Questions
How long does free early access last?+
Until we formally leave beta. Anyone who signed up during early access keeps their pricing locked in when we switch to paid.
What's a credit?+
The second pricing axis. Every agent / MCP call and AI generation spends credits — 1 for a read, 5 for an action or tool run, 10 for an AI generation. Each tier ships with a monthly allowance, and you can buy top-up packs that never expire if you run out.
Do you charge per seat?+
No. Pricing is per workspace plus usage credits. Add as many team members as you need at no extra cost.
What if I never use the agent / MCP API?+
Then you never spend credits and the workspace fee is the only thing you pay. Credits only apply to programmatic calls — running the dashboard itself is free.
What happens to my data when paid launches?+
Nothing. Your workspace stays exactly as it is. You'll just be prompted to confirm which tier you want.
Can I self-host?+
Not yet. We're focused on making the hosted version excellent first. Scale customers can talk to us about private deployments.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?+
Yes. If the paid tier doesn't pay for itself in month one, we'll refund the charge. No forms, no back-and-forth.
