Privacy Policy

Manage Agency (“we”, “us”) provides a client management platform for digital agencies. This policy covers how we handle data for agency accounts, their team members, and the clients they invite into the portal.

• Account details you provide: name, email, role, organisation name.
• Content you create inside the product: clients, projects, deliverables, messages, contracts, files.
• Technical signals needed to run the product: IP, user agent, session tokens, audit log events.
• Analytics about how the product is used, collected via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights.

• To operate the product and keep your data scoped to the right organisation and client.
• To send transactional messages (onboarding, contract notifications, password resets).
• To improve performance, reliability, and the product itself.
• To detect abuse and keep the platform safe.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models.

We rely on a small set of named infrastructure providers:

• Vercel — hosting, edge delivery, analytics, speed insights.
• Clerk — authentication and session management.
• Supabase — database, auth storage, file storage.

You can export your data, correct it, or request deletion by emailing privacy@manageagency.app. We respond within 30 days.
